Our chef
Jordi Esteve is the young chef who leads the kitchen at Nectari. Esteve studied at the renowned Hofmann School of Cooking and Pastry in Barcelona, from which many of the country's great chefs have emerged. He has worked in some of the most prestigious kitchens in Spain, such as Martín Berasategui’s restaurant in San Sebastián, and El Girasol in Moraira (Alicante), which held two Michelin Stars. He has also gained international experience in kitchens such as the 3-Michelin-Star restaurant L’Ambroisie in Paris.
