Our Cava Bruto Nature is made from Macabeo (25%), Xarel.lo (50%), and Parellada (25%) grapes. We do not add expedition liqueur.
It is a Cava Reserva aged in the bottle for a period of 21 to 26 months. It has a bright pale yellow color, fine bubbles, and is very expressive on the palate. On the nose, it offers notes of fruit and white flowers.
Blanco by Nectari
Variety: Macabeo

A white wine sourced from a vineyard located about 20 km from the winery in Vilaseca (Tarragona) and produced through a very delicate aging process on the lees for 6 months.
The Macabeo grape used to make this dry white—which was previously used exclusively for Cava production—gives this wine intense floral and white fruit notes. Smooth and youthful, it is ideal for exploring the most mineral-driven of Tarragona’s white wines and is known for aging exceptionally well in the bottle.
Negro by Nectari
Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine is a discovery from Vila-seca (Tarragona), just a couple of kilometers from the Mediterranean Sea. It is a red wine that combines ripeness, freshness, and salinity. A perfect blend of the elegance of Cabernet Sauvignon with the freshness of Garnacha.
A purely Mediterranean wine, with a distinct mineral character reflecting the Lumaquela soil. Aged for about 15 months in 225-liter French oak barrels with fine-grained staves. Bottling is timed according to the lunar cycle, and we perform it by decanting.
Personal Collection
This collection was born out of a desire to personalize my family members through wine and find the one that best represents each of them. It was a long journey to find wineries that would let me experiment and create a bottle with them.
Among them Kram , with a robust and charismatic character. It is a red wine aged for at least 12 months in French oak barrels, which gives it plenty of personality and body.
Also, Lop, this is a more playful red wine. It has fruity and floral notes. Aging for at least 10 months in American and French oak barrels also gives it a rich flavor and a structure that’s well-balanced with the fruit.

Our History
There are people who are the backbone of a life. KRAM is Ikram spelled backward—my wife. At 35, Ikram is a woman of overwhelming authenticity: she has a strong character, always speaks her mind directly and without beating around the bush, but she has a huge heart. She is that protective person who defends her loved ones above all else.
This wine is a true reflection of that. It is neither subtle nor timid; it is a full-bodied wine, crafted for those who appreciate authenticity in a glass and the intensity of things done well. A tribute to strength and loyalty.
The Art of Making It Receptive (Elaboration)
Such a distinct character can only be achieved with an unshakable foundation. KRAM is born from a harvest of unparalleled quality, from which we select only the very best. To live up to its name, the wine undergoes a minimum of 12 months of aging in American and French oak barrels. This full year of aging in wood is not intended to alter its nature, but rather to impart the maturity, complexity, and balance necessary for its power to transform into elegance.
The Cup Experience
When served, KRAM displays a striking ruby color of deep intensity, which already hints at its character. On the nose and palate, it is a complex, full-bodied wine that reveals itself exactly as it is from the very first sip, without any pretense. However, behind that initial power, you’ll discover a perfectly balanced structure and a long, persistent finish—much like the unconditional care of someone who stands up for their loved ones.

A Reflection of a Noble Heart
Our History
There are names that are spelled backward so we can see them in a new light. LOP is Pol, my 9-year-old son. Those who know him know that Pol is a magnet for affection—a boy with a heart so incredibly big and loving that it’s impossible not to love him from the very first second.
When we decided to create this red wine in the Toro D.O., we knew we were facing a land of powerful grapes, with strong character and deep roots. The challenge was a beautiful one: we wanted that indomitable strength of the Tinta de Toro to be transformed, through our hands, into Pol’s embrace. We wanted to bottle his nobility.
The Art of Making It Receptive (Elaboration)
To transform the grape’s intensity into a gentle caress, LOP is carefully aged for 10 months in a selection of American and French oak barrels. Time in oak is our ally in smoothing out the rough edges of youth. It is in the stillness of the cellar that the wine learns to balance its structure with the fruit, gaining that delightful richness so characteristic of the best family moments.

When you uncork LOP, the air is filled with aromas of ripe red fruits and floral notes, enveloped by the warmth of vanilla, coffee, and coconut imparted by the oak. The magic happens on the palate: silky tannins and a long finish that lingers, pleasant and comforting.
LOP isn’t just a Toro wine; it’s proof that strength, when nurtured with love, becomes tenderness. A bottle made to share with the people who, like Pol, make the world a warmer place.
ALUAP
Sensitivity, character, and constant evolution
Our History
There are ways of seeing the world that reveal it step by step. ALUAP is “Paula” spelled backward—my 7-year-old daughter. Paula is a whirlwind of emotions:
She possesses an extreme sensitivity that moves you, sometimes combined with a strong will and brilliant intelligence. At her young age, she’s at that magical stage of life where she’s trying to understand everything around her—a journey of learning filled with innocence and discovery. For her, we wanted something unique: a great white wine from La Rioja Alta. A wine that, like Paula, constantly balances absolute delicacy with a surprising and determined personality.
The Art of Making It Receptive (Elaboration)
ALUAP comes from old vineyards in San Asensio that are over 40 years old, with vines that have become well-acquainted with the soil. Made entirely from the Viura grape variety, the winemaking process respects the delicacy of the grapes through very gentle pressing and cold maceration.
But the true magic and character of this wine unfold during fermentation: after the process begins in stainless steel tanks, the must is transferred to new French and American oak barrels. There, the wine rests in contact with its lees for three months. It is a process of learning and maturation within the stillness of the wood, much like the journey of growth our little one is on.
The Cup Experience
Presented in an elegant Burgundy-style bottle and with an alcohol content of 13.7%, ALUAP is complex, sophisticated, and full of nuances. On the nose, the fresh, floral aromas of the Viura blend with the subtle, creamy, and structured notes imparted by the new oak barrels.
, on the palate, is a balanced, enveloping wine that evolves with every sip. A white wine with soul—as tender as it is firm—that invites you to savor it slowly to fully appreciate its beauty.
